Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. Scope and Products

These terms apply to fonts and digital licences sold by Andrew Paglinawan through andrew.paglinawan.com. A font purchase provides a licence, not ownership. The Font Software End User Licence Agreement governs use.

Products may be individual styles, complete families or other checkout configurations. The exact fonts, licence and price shown at checkout form part of your purchase.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the checkout currency. Bright Grotesk is currently priced in USD. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, currency-conversion or payment-provider charges, except where Andrew Paglinawan is legally required to collect or remit them.

Payments are processed by Stripe or the payment provider identified at checkout. Andrew Paglinawan does not directly store complete card details. A purchase is complete after successful payment confirmation.

3. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. If delivery or access fails, contact hello@andrew.paglinawan.com for assistance.

4. Choosing a Licence

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate licence. If you accidentally purchased the wrong licence, contact Andrew before repurchasing; a licence adjustment or purchase credit may be possible.

5. Refunds and Technical Issues

Digital purchases are generally final after access is provided, without limiting applicable legal rights. Genuine duplicate purchases, incorrect licences, defective or incomplete files, access failures and technical or fulfilment problems may be resolved with support, replacement, licence correction, credit or refund as appropriate.

6. Duration and Updates

The purchased version is licensed perpetually unless otherwise stated. Updates may be supplied at Andrew Paglinawan’s discretion. A substantially new product or major release may require a separate purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual-property rights remain reserved except for rights expressly granted under the applicable licence.

8. Changes and Errors

Products, licences and prices may change without reducing rights from a completed purchase. Obvious technical pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected, and affected orders cancelled to the extent legally permitted, with applicable payments returned.

9. Liability

Liability is limited only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
